Meet the team
Murray Bell
Airport Manager
If you’ve ever flown in or out of Tairāwhiti, or been to pick up or drop off visitors, chances are you’ve met Murray. He’s been Airport Manager for several years, which means he’s seen literally hundreds of thousands of flights – and millions of passengers – come and go. Murray kept everything working smoothly while we built our new terminal, and knows pretty much all there is to know about aviation. When he has any time off, he likes to head into the bush.
